Listing is for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in our two-story home located in a quiet neighborhood in SW Champaign. The bedroom and bathroom are on their own side of the upper-level of our home. We live here with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. Although we love animals and understand that our pets are part of our families, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS (except for service animals) on our property. Unfortunately, the exception for a few has made it a strict ban for all. **Fresh baked bagels available for add. fee! This rental is for one bedroom and a bathroom in the upper level of our home. Both the bedroom and the bathroom doors have privacy locks. The bedroom has a queen-size bed for two guests and a chaise lounge. We provided clean linens, towels, and a complimentary bottle of water for each guest. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. The home has a central HVAC system. We tend to keep the house between 68-72 degrees. FRESH BAKED BAGELS are available to purchase through our small business website upon request.

Jeffrey was an excellent host. The room and house were exactly as described. My bedroom was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable, soft sheets, and perfect temperature. The bathroom was amazing and the shower had great pressure I was in town for mom‘s weekend and it was the perfect overnight stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
This an excellent location to stay in Champain for a quiet, relaxing time. Can still navigate the city well, but far from the hustle and bustle. And they have cute cats 🥰
This place was generally good. The room itself was nice, clean, provided good amenities. The house itself is a little bit choatic. Walking in the door, I had to fight to make sure the cat didn't run out the house. A lot of pets, and so be sure you don't have allergies. The dedicated bathroom I had access to was clean. Didn't really interact with the hosts much, but they were friendly. Overall a good stay.
I really enjoyed my stay with Jeffrey and Dakota! Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, the hosts were friendly and responsive, and the stay was super affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We live in a quiet neighborhood on the southwest side of Champaign with many walking trails and within walking distance of a few restaurants and cafes.
We are located on the southwest side of Champaign in a quiet neighborhood. There are nearby junctions to all three interstates in the area (I-57, I-72, I-74). We are within walking distance to a number of bus stops and approximately 3.5 miles from the University of Illinois Sports Complexes and Main Campus.
