We had an amazing time at Water’s edge cottage. The place is very beautiful and has everything you need for a week by the water. Kevin is a great host, always helpful and trying to find solutions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Kevin has a great spot - the views and lake are gorgeous and very quiet. the place is small but we'll kept and came with everything you need. a great spot to get away from the city.

We stayed at this wonderful cottage for a week in July, and we gave it 5 stars without hesitation! The cottage sits on the beautiful and calm Simoleon Bay, which is connected to the larger Skeleton Lake via a small channel. The water is exceptionally clear and fresh, excellent for swimming or paddleboarding. The cottage is very well equipped, exactly as description mentions. The internet was fast and reliable; if you need to work from this location, it's definitely doable. The owner provides a detailed manual so you can get all your questions answered before you even arrive. For those with little kids: a nice touch is on the balcony where the BBQ is, it's fully enclosed with a glass railing with two small doors. So, you can sit outside (to eat dinner for example) without worrying about the kids running down to the water or into the forest.

This cottage was delightful to be at!! The bay it was in was perfect for every water activity. Not over crowded at all. Loved the cottage and how clean and cozy it was. Kevin was an amazing host who responded to every request we had! Loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!!! Can’t say enough about this little gem in the woods!!! Thank you Kevin!!!

We had a fantastic stay at The WaTeR's Edge. Kevin was quick to answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable in every way right from the start. The cabin was a charming get away right on the waters edge as the listing suggests with a beautiful view of the lake. It was the Muskoka getaway we were hoping for. We were able to dock our boat on site which is a huge bonus. and managed to net a few bass. We were lucky to have good weather for the majority of the stay and took full advantage of all the water toys included with the cabin. My wife is hooked on paddle boarding. Would highly recommend this site and look forward to coming back in the future or stay at the larger cottage next door if we bring more guests.
