Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. Randy was an excellent host, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. On our second day, the upstairs AC unit stopped working and Randy had it back on within the hour. The house is perfect for young children (we had a 2 yr old) and provided us with a pack n play, high chair and baby gates. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard, but the beach was just a short walk away! We can’t wait to go back!

Loved the house! Great space for our group of 7. The pool was amazing and the promixity to beach was as great. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Randy was a great hosted and promptly responded to all of our questions.

My family just got back from a week long vacation at Randy's place and we couldn't have been happier with our stay - we are already talking about coming back! This was our first time on AMI, and were a party of 9 including our 3 young children (4, 2, and 1 yr old) and my wife's parents who are older. The home is gorgeous, excellent location VERY short walk to the beach (it's about a block away), well appointed, stylish and clean. From initial booking, Randy was very communicative and provided clear instructions along with a TON of recommendations about the area. To top it all off, my wife's parents had an evening flight home out of Sarasota the day of check out, and Randy made accommodations at a sister property for them to stay into the afternoon so they wouldn't be inconvenienced (Randy had another group staying at the home on our day of checkout so we totally understood the need for his team to turn/clean after our group). What a gem of a find, can't recommend enough!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and so much space for our family. Randy was quick to respond when we needed help with some thing. We also loved being so close to the beach!

What a wonderful week we had in Holmes Beach! This was our first time visiting this part of Florida and it definitely won't be our last. We had six adults and two small children in our group, and the house was PERFECT. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just beautiful, the linens were lovely, and the beds were very nice. The kitchen was well-appointed and very contemporary, and the two seating areas were perfect for everyone to have some elbow-room. The outdoor spaces, including the front deck, roof deck and backyard were fantastic. When you'd had enough beach time you could escape to your backyard oasis that was private and tranquil. Gorgeous pool and landscaping. Our last day was a stormy one, and we took some time to enjoy watching the weather and waves from the rooftop deck. Amazing! Lastly, the location of this home is off the charts. You're literally steps to the beach, and truly that's what it's all about. This is a fantastic property, and we can't wait to come back!
