Love this house!! It had plenty of room for our group of 11 adults and one dog. We docked our boats at their floating dock on the property. This made it very convenient to go out on the open part of the lake and come and go back as needed. Our evenings were spent on the front porch or back deck, which were great to enjoy talking and laughing with each other. We even watched a movie on the outdoor screen one evening. The owner, Cris, was quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. She even checked on us to make sure the cable came back on after it went out for part of the first day. Although, we didn’t even miss that little time with no cable. We would love to go back here when we go back to Sam Rayburn!!

The location was secluded and private and yes my carrier had No service at all! But we knew that from her comments, so it was a great reason to unplug and rewind. The hot tub was spectacular and a nice addition especially since you are not near anything ! Porches were wonderful and we grilled out every night! Cris was a fantastic host and I loved the Texas decor!! Thanks Mona

You will feel right at home as you are in a private area with all the amenities of home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with, Everything is well stocked. It has a bit of charm and is well decorated. The boat ramp is very close and maybe a 20 minute ride into town. Host is very responsive, great communication & friendly. The hot tub is a nice addition as well. Plenty of games for entertaining. The only thing I would say is that the dial up internet (wifi) we were never able to connect to and no cell service. For some there is no issue and if you want to disconnect from the outside for a few days this is a great place to do so! We have a small business and elderly parents so Wifi & cell service for our family is more of a necessity. The wifi and cell issue is not a bad reflection on the host as they have the service just unfortunate the technology has not caught up to the area yet.

Perfect for some peace & quite! Plenty of space for the kids to run around. We got to see deer early in the morning & rented a boat at a marina nearby. Home was very clean. Loved the fresh air! Don't forget to bring mosquito spray :)

Had a great time. Place was exactly as described. The lake water level was low so fishing off the shore or pier wasn't that good, but we still enjoyed out stay.
