The Otter House was an amazing stay for my family. My daughter loved the “hide out” aka loft area. There was even a projector light she could use at night! She set up camp there and we barely saw her! The house was pristine and had everything by we needed. Even had a full basement that could be used if you had more people with you! There’s a nice concrete slab right by the driveway if you have a trailer to park. It even had a lot of great travel and nature books on hand that you could read on the beautiful porch while drinking coffee listening to the birds. That’s how we spent many lazy mornings. We did the hike to the Otter Lake Dam from the house. We also enjoyed TWO breakfasts at the Bosio Biscuit Co close to the cabin. All of the major cities were in driving distance and the beauty was awesome!! We went on a Quincy Mine Tour and did the Brockway Mountain Drive. We brought out ATVs and enjoyed all of the trails. We hope to be back!!!

The cabin was beautiful! Clean, had everything we needed. Very comfortable! Made our trip very memorable! We will definitely be planning another stay!

Our recent stay provided a welcome escape for relaxation and quality family time. The cabin has real rustic charm and a warm ambiance, felt like a home away from home. From the crackling fireplace to the comfortable furnishings, every detail seemed designed to foster relaxation and contentment. We found ourselves spending lazy afternoons curled up with a book, a classic movie, or a favorite board game. Our kids loved the loft area--it was very cozy and comfortable! Would love to visit in summer to enjoy the front porch, kayaking, and other seasonal activities! Thank you to Christy for being an excellent host--always responsive and helpful in answering any of our questions.

We enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The view of the lake from the deck and peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing getaway. The home was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the cozy wood burning fire place. Be sure to bring some firewood. Would love to return.

Otter House is a beautiful, quiet retreat. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Well appointed kitchen and clean spacious bed rooms and living spaces. Would definitely recommend Christy and Tom as hosts and am looking forward to next time when I need a getaway!
