It is a 3-minute on foot from the south exit of Kinshicho Station. Since our room is a share house, it does not support 14-day quarantine by COVID19. It is the same even after vaccination. There is no window in this room. Please make sure to check the guest room statement, instructions, additional notes, and house manual prior to booking.

Very affordable stay and great location!
We had a wonderful stay. The room is small but has all you need. The shower and toilets are clean and even shampoo is provided. Honestly what you get for the price is absolutely amazing and fair. We would book it again for sure. Thank you so much.
Great and affordable place to stay in Tokyo. Location is not close to any of the main places to visit in the city but is well connected by tube, less than 5mim walk to the closest station. The room, kitchen, bathroom and toilets were extremely clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. I could only comment a negative thing about the noise insulation of the rooms close to the kitchen as it could be very noisy if people don’t respect the rules at night. A part from that, 5/5.
The place is really cheap, but it wasn’t so comfortable in my opinion. The owner is really kind tho. And he replies quickly to messages. He also cleans the place regularly wich is nice.

There is also a supermarket where you can buy ingredients cheaply on the B1F of the Marui department store in front of our room. (Closed at 8pm)
In addition, there is a ¥ 100 store (Seria) on the 4th floor of the Marui department store.
There is a shopping building (ARCAKIT Kinshicho) on the left side of the north exit of Kinshicho Station.
There is a very Big ¥ 100 store (DAISO) in this building.

There is a coin laundry about 5 minutes on foot from the room.(It's a 24hr)
錦糸町駅南口の左側のパルコの地下1Fに24時間営業の西友があります。
また、南口駅前のマルイの地下1Fのジャパンミートはとても安いです。
錦糸町駅北口にあるアルカキットにはとても大きなダイソーもあります。
お部屋から徒歩5分くらいの場所に24時間営業のコインランドリーもございます。(Washハウス江東毛利一丁目店)
The building is about 3 minutes on foot from Kinshicho Station South Exit.
It is located in the back of the Marui department store in front of the station.
We do not have a bicycle parking and a parking.
However, there are many bicycle parking and coin parking in the vicinity.
