Spacious and bright top floor 2 bedroom flat in converted Victorian property. 100m from the Minnis Bay beach. Perfect for family breaks, breaks with friends or as a couple. Excellent walks along the beach and surrounding countryside. Perfect for dog walking , cycling and running and swimming . Lovely family friendly beach. Walking distance of a pub and shops.Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs outside plus one flight inside. See photos. No all male groups can be hosted. We have set the flat up as a cosy home from home with a what we hope, gives a well loved vibe. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do.

Perfect location, right by the beach. Lisa's flat was so welcoming,clean and cosy for humans and dogs alike. I cannot fault it!

My daughter, dog and myself all really enjoyed our two night stay over Easter. The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated all the attention to details, personal touches, everything was exactly as described and perfect. Just a few minutes walk to little parade of shops including fish and chip takeaway. Beach, pub and cafe literally 2 minute walk. We would definitely 100% recommend ❤️

Lisa’s apartment is a great place to stay. It is located it a lovely quiet location and was very comfortable with everything you would need. Lisa’s was extremely friendly her communication was excellent. The instructions in the AirBnB app made everything so easy. We had a great time staying and exploring the local area. Highly recommend staying here.

The flat is so close to the fabulous beach which is dog free from May-September, but there are plenty of beaches further up from the beach huts where dogs are welcome and it’s still lovely and sandy.
The Minnis bay brasserie is about 500m away and there are a few coffee places scattered along the beach and by the car park. There is also a newly opened fish bar and a micro pub 500m away.
Minnis Bay is a very popular spot with kitesurfers and windsurfers and there is now a kitesurfing school. Lessons are available. The school operates from the car park next to the Minnis Brassiere. So if you fancy trying out kitesurfing the flat is an ideal place to stay as it’s only a short stroll away from the kitesurfing school.

There is free parking outside on the road and the surrounding roads.
There is also a bus route almost on the doorstep that takes you in to Margate and Ramsgate. Birchington-on- sea train station is just under a mile away and goes to mainline London stations.
