Hiking, cycling, surfing, kitesurfing, paddle and megalithic sites are on the program! Sheets and towels provided. Free access to the jacuzzi. Remember to bring bathrobes and flip-flops. To visit in the surroundings : Ria d'Etel, Quiberon, Carnac, La Trinité sur mer, St-Cado, Belle-île etc. The villa is very recent, contemporary with a vintage and indus touch inside. Comfortable, well exposed. The two bathrooms on the first floor each lead to two bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is a master suite with a large dressing room, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and washing and drying machines. Comfortable villa of 125m² with high quality Jacuzzi for 5 persons, 2 of them lying down, on the south facing terrace. 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/living room of 50 m². Weber gas barbecue, pergola, sunbeds, garden furniture, solar shower.

Hôte sympathique et réactif. Maison agréable et moderne, conforme à la description. Petit bémol en cas de vent : des craquements se produisent dans les chambres du 1er étage, prévoir les boules quiès.
Excellent séjour chez Nathalie et Pascal. La maison est vaste, bien équipée et la configuration est idéale pour une grande famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la jacuzzi. Le quartier est très calme et les commerces à proximité (excellente boulangerie à 10/15 min de marche). Erdeven est le bon emplacement pour découvrir Quiberon, la Ria d’Etel, Carnac et le golfe du Morbihan. Nous recommandons sans réserve!

You are here in the heart of the village of Erdeven, in a quiet street. The area is quiet too, a little more animated in summer, of course. The villa is set back about thirty meters from the alley, so it is quiet.
Here, you can do all the shops on foot. They are all at about 400 m from the villa. Otherwise, take advantage of the numerous bicycle paths. For the beaches, prefer the car since they are all more than 3 km away.
