We only had one night at Carrie's place breaking up our drive home. My husband and I and our 2 dogs had a nice restful night and enjoyed seeing the farm animals in the morning. The chicken eggs made a delicious breakfast before our long drive. The cottage was very nice and had everything we needed. We definitely would stay again if we are in the area! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed at Carrie’s for the weekend while we worked an event. Perfect for the small group of us to relax and unwind after long warm days. Everything was clean and comfy and we had all of the amenities we could think of. I loved waking up and seeing the goats, and ending my evening in the hot tub under the stars. We hope to return again next year.

The ICO farm was the perfect getaway for us to meet some family in Bellville as a halfway point between Austin and Houston. Our host Carrie was extremely friendly and communicative, and so generous with her space. We fed chickens, said hi to the sheep, visited the greenhouses, and saw the stars. Outdoor seating was great for our bird-watching and coffee drinking in the morning, and the linens and beds were soft and comfy. Everything was super clean and bright and fresh, and we really appreciated the farm fresh eggs and coffee! Carrie and her crew have a really special place there in Bellville, and we're so glad we stayed there.

I loved Ives Creek Organics Guesthouse! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with spotlessly clean and extraordinarily comfortable accommodations. I appreciate that Carrie was proactive with communication. As a bonus, she left farm-fresh eggs for us in the refrigerator. What a treat! I’ll definitely return to this lovely place!
