Had a great stay in Birmingham at Jennifer's place. Spotlessly clean, well provisioned in a great (and quiet) location next to Woodgate Valley country park and close to Harborne. Jennifer is very friendly and proactive with communication. Would definitely return.

Amazing place! Very lovely host who was very responsive. Host was very friendly, approachable and very accommodating. Air BnB was lush! Very tidy and full of all the essentials that you needed. Tea, Coffee, milk etc and toiletries in the bathroom. Was within distance of all amenities as well so Uber and Bolts weren't pricey. There was also a folder with all the information needed plus information about the area which was very helpful. Would rate the Host and accommodation 10 stars if possible! Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at Jennifer's place many times before and the fact we always return when we are in Birmingham is a reflection on how happy we are with the flat. Jennifer is a fantastic host. She always replied to messages within 10 minutes, even replacing a broken toaster within 2 hours!! Jennifer includes all the little touches that make an Air BnB great, a treat on arrival, great towels and linen, salt, pepper and oil for cooking, tea and coffee, washing up liquid, shampoo and shower gels, a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. It's only a small flat, but as they say great things come in small packages!! Also private driveway parking and a nice country park within 100m for a walk or run. Asda a 5min drive. A perfect flat for our family of 4. Thanks again Jennifer
