the house was extremely clean. responses were reasonably fast. requests were fair and easy to follow. would definitely stay again

Home was clean, easy to find, and easily accessed. Mattresses were firm, king bed elevated to where my Mother could not get in, she had to sleep on the entry level couch. The "sofa bed" is actually a hard, small leather futon, and is located in the lowest level of the home; we were unable to find a vent for heating on this level (it was snowing during our stay) ,which forced the kids to sleep on the middle level couches. The air mattress required a charged battery to inflate, so we needed to charge it (unable to use first night), thankfully we had our own chord, otherwise we would not have been able to charge it. The front door must be locked for it to remain closed, or the wind could blow it open. Home had a RV parked alongside driveway that impeded on parking space, so only 1 SUV could fit in driveway. Limited street parking do to very developed neighborhood. The home was conveniently located close to the Olympic Oval, which was our biggest benefit from this listing.
