Darvy was very nice and easy to communicate with! Darvy’s property was O.K. Our stay was for a week. The property definitely seemed “phoned in”. The floors were dusty/grimy and our socks/feet were covered in debris. The curtains are entirely sheer in one room. Anyone outside can see in pretty well and the sun will wake you at sunrise. The bed in this room is very uncomfortable and feels like laying on a child’s sleeping mat. The lamp in this room doesn’t work. One of the lightbulbs was out (or the fixture only had one). Several fixtures were loose or just didn’t function well (toilet handle/bathroom mirror hangs open). All in all many small-ish issues that didn’t really call for alerting the host. But, it didn’t make for a remarkable experience. I slept very poorly so that definitely colored my opinion of the stay a bit. The location was good for our needs. But this property certainly isn’t one I’d say is particularly well cared for.

Nice place, tidy but not overly clean. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Central location made it easy to get around quickly. Host very responsive, easy to talk to and very clear with instructions. The space was furnished well but the attention to detail was lacking (broken blinds, janky furniture, weird decor or lack of).

Overall great stay! Her place felt cozy and comfortable. Appearance was true to photos posted. There was a nice binder on the coffee table with rules to follow and recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Neighbors were quite for the most part. Street parking right in front of place but weekends (Friday & Saturday night) was not as easy. Although still able to find parking on the same street just a few houses ahead.

Wonderful place to stay. Very homey and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Loved the laundry in the basement and Darvy's extra touches were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Darvy‘s Apartment eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Gegend, z. B. Cape Cod, Boston oder ins Gillette Stadium. Der Kontakt mit Darvy war sehr einfach und nett. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung (v.a. im Bad und Wohnzimmer) ist schon etwas älter, aber alles funktional.
