Portable beach chairs are also provided at the home to take to the beach. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a private driveway or garage located on the first floor. As you make your way to the second floor, you'll discover a spacious villa with an open concept design, a well-equipped chef's kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, and a spectacular 8' island with four barstools. The large dining table provides seating for eight, perfect for family dinners or game nights. After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the comfortable living room and enjoy your favorite streaming service or music on the Google Home. Sip on a drink on the back balcony, or grill out on the private Weber grill on the first-story porch while taking in the beautiful views of the lush green naturally preserved landscape. You may even spot a Blue Heron or Bald Eagle! The Bunk Room is located on the second floor and features one full bed with a twin on top and a twin pullout trundle on the bottom. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the third floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and ceiling fans. The Primary Bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, desk, and office chair, while the third bedroom features two twins, and the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs with Roku devices, so you can log in to your favorite streaming service. High-speed internet and WiFi services are provided.
