Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es haben alle Zimmer Meerblick. Die Einrichtung, Küche, Eiswürfelmaschine, Klimaanlagen, etc. ist alles ganz neu und in tadellosem Zustand. Wir durften viele unvergessliche Abende auf der überdachten Terrasse verbringen. Die Outdoorküche ist ein Traum, da wir gemeinsam kochen und 'Trinken' konnten. Die Boje vor dem Haus war auch optimal für unser Boot. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern mehrmals kulinarisch verwöhnt, danke nochmals dafür.

Just got home from the most amazing 7 night stay in Villa Simpleza. Mate, the host was incredible from start to finish. The very few queries we had were answered within minutes and in a very friendly manner. The villa itself was probably the most incredible place we’ve stayed in. Everything was thought of from pool towels to salt & pepper. We would recommend hiring a car due to its location. We didn’t and got a private transfer from the airport and struggled with getting around, however Mate’s father was extremely helpful and took us to the supermarket on 3 separate occasions without any hesitation. The Villa was extremely clean upon arrival and the beds were so comfortable. There was 12 of us in total and every single person commented on how comfortable the beds were. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. We couldn’t fault anything at all. 10/10 from us! Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday! We spent 6 days in the property and we wish we could have one more week! The property comes with a modern design and a unique access to the sea area! The location is great if you are looking for a quiet family friendly stay, there are no good restaurants around the area therefore I strongly recommend to travel with someone good at cooking , the house comes with an amazing second kitchen with sea view fully furnished with all you need. Mate and his son are great hosts, they took us multiple times around with their boat 🛥 I strongly recommend this property.

When you look for a summer vacation home you can’t find anything that is better than this. The sea is in your backyard, plus a pool and a jacuzzi. Everything is new in the house the owners are super friendly and they can arrange and cook fresh fish for you. This property is beyond 5 stars .

Magisk sted, basseng, egen brygge, strand. Rent & pent, inneholder alt en trenger av utstyr. 150-200m til restauranter og butikk. Rolig område. 6 flott innredet og store soverom med egne bad er perfekt for en storfamilie eller vennepar på tur. Vertskapet mottok oss med et smil og laget en fin servering med drikke, ost og skinke. Etter noen dager fikk vi servert ferske fiken og nydelig hjemmebakt kake. Denne plassen mangler ingenting. Har alt som trengst av utstyr som håndklær, oppvask og vaskemidler++++ Vi tilbrakte nesten all tid på utekjøkkenet. God plass til 12 personer over alt. Utekjøkken hadde alt en trenger for å kose seg, vinskap, isbitmaskin, kjøleskap, kaffemaskin og stekeplater. Kort vei til alt, f.eks. dagstur til Mostar, Dubrovnik eller Split. Vi hadde høye forventninger til stedet ut fra bildene, men plassen overgikk alle forventninger! Rett og slett nydelig!! Beste Airbnb opplevelsen vi har hatt. Stedet og vertene anbefales på det sterkeste!
