We stayed for my daughter’s graduation and it couldn’t have been better. Claire already had fantastic reviews so we knew it would be a great place but she surpassed herself. Very kind and thoughtful, the breakfast items kept us going and the surprise bottle of fizz for my daughter was very much appreciated…. Thanks for a fab stay Claire!

Relaxing, spacious and clean - this is how I would describe the property. I had a great time and wish I could have stayed longer! The cottage is situated 8 mins away by bus to St Andrew's. There is a lovely pub in the village. Claire was a nice host, she made everything to create a cosy space and guests to feel welcome. I highly recommend.

I stayed for a week to play golf at St Andrews and nearby. Claires place was perfect as was she as a hostess. It’s located literally five minutes from Saint Andrews. I would highly recommend Claire’s location for any single golfer or for a couple.

I had high expectations of Claire's rental cottage and it exceeded all of them. It is located in a beautiful, private, park-like setting in the middle of Strathkinness. She personally let us into the place and showed us around. There were endless and thoughtful food and drink treats all over the cottage in the kitchen, refrigerator, and caped off with hot water bottles in the bed. The hospitality and thoughtfulness she showed to us was amazing. It was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The fact that she lives next door was very reassuring to us. An added bonus was that there is a bus stop and the end of the street that runs frequently to St. Andrews with a @12 minutes transit time. We were there over Christmas and New Years. It was at freezing temperatures outside, but there was plenty of heat in the cottage. The bottom line is that it was like moving into a perfectly setup, flawless home. I highly recommend Claire and her wonderful cottage.
