Quiet location in the Botanical Garden area of Puerto de La Cruz with easy street parking. Residential area logistically convenient for traveling by car and reaching the beaches or the entrance to the motorway. Very welcoming and well furnished property in an elegant residential context. Well-equipped kitchen and convenient for access to the large outdoor terrace overlooking the communal garden. Outside, deckchairs, table and chairs are available. Elegant and often deserted swimming pool. Since it is sunny from late morning it is preferable to use it in the afternoon. Beach towels available. Good communication with the manager and perfect welcome on site by the owner who came personally to welcome us. We also recommend his restaurant which is located in the area and easily accessible on foot. A minimum stay of 7 days is highly recommended to enhance the apartment and get to know the fascinating tropical area with its tourist attractions (Zoo Loro Parque, Lago Martianez, Teide.....)

El apartamento era precioso, no solo el apartamento sino también la piscina. Estuvimos muy agusto y el casero muy agradable y super atento. Lo único malo es que habia muchas hormigas y no habia aire acondicionado.

Inmejorable!! un apartamento 100. Una terraza 100. Repetiremos sin dudarlo si volvemos a Tenerife. La anifriona muy agradable.

Sitio tranquilo y bien comunicado. Tiene un supermercado muy cerca y está cerca del botánico de Puerto De la Cruz . La comunicación con José María es estupenda.
