This is our second stay at this building in a year, we came the same time last year to Rome. We had such a great stay last year, we decided to stay here again. Great area in Trastevere. Walkable to restaurants and in a quiet area. We found it easy to still get to Rome city center with Taxi’s, but you have to call or use Uber app. Rosie is so sweet and she is so helpful! Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond. Whenever we come back to Rome again, we will stay here again.

We stayed here with our two kids. Good amount of space, but not super kid friendly due to many steps (in and out of bathroom, bedroom, etc) Communication prior to check-in was challenging since the wrong number was provided. There were no instructions provided either. Having said all of that, Rosie the caretaker was phenomenal!! Super helpful, friendly, and attentive. Overall, I think this place is a little over priced for the location and the condition it's in (one of the windows in the bedroom wouldn't close fully, so there was cold air coming in all night long).

We had an amazing few days staying in the Mill. The location is perfect, so quiet, but so close to the action. The apartment is cleverly designed and well equipped for a city stay, we were a family of 4. The terrace is lovely and the beds were super comfortable, we will be back next time we come to Rome!

Nice apartment. Upside is good location above Trastevare. Nice outdoor space. Nice bedrooms. Professionally managed. A bit noisy w hotel/bar next door. Common area space / kitchen quite small.
