I enjoyed being so close to the amazing beaches and coming back afterwards to a safe and pleasant place. The Neighbours were all very kind. I also had a chance to talk to Mark. I had forgotten an item and Mark went out of his way to retrieve it. This was very fortunate since we had an amazing conversation afterwards . About his efforts to help people and his community. I left smiling, happy to have met a generous and beautiful spirit. Thank you Mark!!

Mark was a great host with great communication. Also appreciated their checkout process more than any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. This was a great beach stay while traveling into Newburyport for a wedding.

The location was fantastic, a little off the boardwalk. so it was quiet but a very easy walk to everything on the boardwalk plus very close to the beach. The place was spotless and it was above and beyond with everything you need to make your stay fulfilling and comfortable. Mark was extremely quick with his responses, even when these two seniors couldn't find the light and fan swithch which was on the wall, but al little behind the toaster oven, When I say the place was spotless, I mean it was immaculate. Over the years we have stayed at a number of beach cottages/condos and when you compare Marks unit to past units it is the best that we recall ever being in. We will be back, and hope we can get the Marks unit when we would like to go. Greg and Lori

Fantastic place! Extremely nice, clean, and close to beach, restaurants, entertainment & shops! Mark was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning next year!

Marks place is perfect. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants and attractions are just across the street. Everything you need for an extended stay is in the condo and the private pool and hot tub are added bonuses. Would definitely recommend.
