When looking for a place to stay near the Badlands, this is a wonderful option. Friendly host, and the breakfast was delicious.

The pluses were, the host was friendly and responsive. The place was easy to find and gorgeous views. A huge yard, deck and backyard fire pit area. Very quiet. If you wanted them to make breakfast, that was an option. We declined. The minuses were that the house had a strong smell, although they did have air fresheners in bathrooms and the hallway. No access to the kitchen which we felt was a bit misleading on the description. I think it needs to be clearly stated that there will be no access to kitchen. We had a small microwave and refrigerator to use. The place is very small (from the pictures it looks huge) and the living area has seating for only 2 people, and we had 6 in our party. We had space to hang out in our own individual rooms or outside. There were no outlets in the middle room to plug in devices, so had to charge them in bathroom or hallway. For how small the space was, we felt the cleaning fee was high. We spend $609 with fees to sleep.

I think just need to know the upstairs doesn’t have a very big common area. The dining room is only open in the morning. Great value and Stacy was awesome I think we just thought there was more common room from the pictures. Maybe looks bigger than it is.
