This location was perfect for our trip to the champagne region. The home was beautiful with original beams in the heart of town just a short walk to all of the sights. Anne left some personal touches and little local treats for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend staying here if trying to visit Ay.

We loved our stay at Les Mansardes with our 8 year old daughter. Everything was exactly as pictured, check-in was easy and clear, and the place was extremely clean. The kitchen had all of the basics and some thoughtful touches at arrival, including a bottle of Champagne and some nespresso coffee pods for the next morning. The boulangerie/patisserie around the corner made for easy breakfasts and treats, and we enjoyed being able to walk to Ayala for a tasting and to drive easily to other champagne houses nearby in Epernay and even Reims. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated being able to do laundry after several previous nights in a hotel in Paris. As others have mentioned, the stairs between the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms are steep, but that is to be expected in an old building with charming half-timbered construction and measures have been taken to make the stairs as safe as possible (with a hand rail and anti-slip tape).

We had a lovely stay in Anne-Charlotte's beautiful, modern and comfortable apartment. With patisseries and boulangeries at the bottom of the road and within easy reach of Epernay and the surrounding champagne towns, we had a great time! Highly recommend!
