Kate is a terrific host and very responsive! Must love animals (dogs and cats), but for me it was very nice to have furry critters to play with at the end of the day.

Due to an unexpected change in plans on check in day, we were not able to fulfill our reservation. However, Kate was very understanding. She had gone to the effort to make the room extra cozy. She was readily available and communicated with me frequently prior to check in. She was genuine and nice.

Kate is the sweetest Airbnb host I’ve ever had. The house is a great location to the beach and downtown while also being secluded if you want something quieter too. The back patio is an amazing place to enjoy the sunset. I appreciated the mini fridge in the room too!

Great host, great communication, and great place to stay. It was very comfortable and they made me feel right at home. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and also centrally located if you want to go anywhere from Kiawah island to Charleston, Folly Beach, or the airport.

Communication was very good and easy check in. Our room was clean with everything we needed for the night. House was very quiet, bed very firm. Cats live here, but were no problem and very sweet.
