We are a family of 5 and have stayed in Flor's apartment already several times. Also this time it was immaculately clean, neatly prepared and everything was as promised in the description. Flor is a prefect host, reacts super quickly to messages and is very friendly and flexible. The check-in was super easy again and worked very well. The apartment is located very conveniently at the edge of the old town of Modena and everything can be done by foot. Parking in the streets around the building is free and usually you always find a spot, even if you sometimes have to drive a few rounds. We will definitely be back on one of our upcoming visits to Modena!

Had an excellent stay at Flor’s lovely apartment. Very comfortable beds in the roomy well-appointed apartment within a short walk to grocery stores and the city center with good shopping, the central market and excellent restaurants. Found free street parking nearby the apartment and could easily navigate our way around Modena from there. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Modena, everything is close but it’s quiet during the night. Communication with Flor was very easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. All the appliances worked fine and all the beds were comfortable. We enjoy staying at Flor’s apartment.

Flor’s place was great! It was even more spacious and beautiful than it looked in the pictures. We comfortably slept 5 people and had room. Everything was clean and comfortable. In a great location off a Main Street, lots of buses around, grocery store 2 min walk away, and a 10 min walk to old town. Flor was communicative and friendly and let us check in early as well. Building has an elevator and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
