My Huatulco Vacation (MHV) operates offices locally in Huatulco as well as abroad in Toronto, Canada. In 2008 MHV launched, in partnership with Palm Properties, with the goal of developing a vacation rental agency that could deliver a high-caliber vacation experience to the international market. With 20 properties in its inventory, the website went live late 2008 and slowly gained momentum. Now representing over 140 units in its property inventory, handling more than 300 inquiries per month, with more than 7000 website visits each month, MHV has grown to be the largest agency of its kind in the Huatulco market. Most rental inquiries are routed through our Canadian office, which fields emails and calls 365 days per year. The Canadian team of property specialists will assist in narrowing down options to help you secure the property that is best suited to the needs of your group and vacation concept. For our Spanish, French and Italian speaking clients, our local team assists in communicating in any of these languages to assist with the process outlined above. Once booked, you will be migrated to our local team in Huatulco to help put all the finishing touches on your vacation plan. This team assists with all local services including private chefs, airport transfers, pantry stocking, tour reservations, itinerary planning, etc. Your property specialist will connect you to your local contact to start this process.
