The owner was extremely responsive. The place is also in a great location off of I-75 and near the sports center. The place is basic which is fine. It does need some paint work as some of the baseboards are black. They appear to be clean but badly stained. It was pretty clean otherwise. Also, there should be extra supplies. We were scheduled for 2 days with 5 people and two dogs. We had two hand towels, 6 towels and no wash cloths. There was 1 kitchen hand towel. There are 6 spoons and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The sofa fits 3 people but there is room for at least another chair. I was also contacted after the cancelation date for more money. When I questioned it, I was not required to pay but this does not provide the best impression. I believe if there were ample supplies and extra seating then this place would be much better.

Yenni was great communicating with me before our stay and during booking as we changed from another location. I requested access to sports channels and when we walked in ESPN was playing on the tv!! Wow! That’s beyond expectations!! We were well taken care of! We go to Gators baseball games and this place was five minutes away at the most. It’s line new inside and we loved the back patio. It was very private, quiet and peaceful! We will stay again sometime. If you want a host that takes care of your requests immediately and provides a great place to stay, book with Yenni!! Yenni was a great host & communicator. The place was clean. It is good for a small family. Close to local restaurants and main highways.

Yanni was a fabulous host. She was very responsive, accommodating and helpful with checkin. We were traveling for my son’s basketball tournament and it was 4 minutes away with lots of convenience around. The home was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. We loved the little patio outside the master bedroom. Thank you Yanni for such a pleasant experience. We look forward to renting from you again. 😊
