Great with communication, I’ve stayed at a few of their properties which are always very clean. Any issues are dealt with in seconds, not that I even had any real issues. 10/10 host

The flat was very clean, true to pics. All new furnishing, the view was amazing. It was 10min to ferry or train. Overall great. However there were overwhelming instructions to check in and get keys, and for the 3 of us we all had to share 1 key the whole time. Ended up being extremely inconvenient as you cant really buzz people up in this building and we all are international so dont have local phones. This would have fixed the experience and made it perfect

Super spacious apartment. Beds are a little compact if your much over six foot tall. Could really do with some sort of coffee machine, for the cost. Also needs an ironing board. All small stuff, but really that small stuff makes the difference for a return visit or not.
