Beautiful first floor luxury flat accessed by an outdoor staircase for guests exclusive use. The flat is self contained within our restored water mill. Situated on the Suffolk Coastal Path in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by reed beds at the front and the mill pond and fields at the back and have stunning views from every window. This is a very quiet area, where we hope our guests will relax and enjoy the comforts of the accommodation and the beauty of the area. A self contained apartment attached to the main house, carefully designed to reflect the history of the mill but with a comfortable bed and luxury towels/bed linen and luxury appliances. There is plenty of piping hot water for the walk in shower and the flat benefits from a double wash basin in the ensuite and two toilets. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with Dualit appliances, Bosch Tassimo coffee maker, air fryer and large fridge freezer with water dispenser. We have a small outside area exclusively for guests use. This has a bistro style table and chairs and is adjacent to the stairs to the flat. BBQ also available. The area is not enclosed and is open to the lane. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy within the flat and in the outdoor seating area. We offer a welcome basket for you, (contents may vary from photo) please let us know if you have any dietary requirements eg: vegan, gluten free etc (the welcome pack will always be suitable for vegetarians) Please let us know if you are bringing your dogs as there is an extra charge. If they are used to being on the settee or bed with you, please bring something with you to protect the furniture.
