The apartment was clean and just like at the pictures. The only thing: The wifi did not work properly the whole time. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would come again for a trip to Hanoi!

had a great stay at this apartment. was close to everything in Westlake. old quarter is a 15 minute drive away. had all the amenities close by and a Fuji mart attached to the building which was very convenient. would recommend , and would stay here again if back in hanoi

A well-appointed apartment with vibrant, lake-facing bars and restaurants nearby. Just a short cab ride takes you to the major tourist attractions. Friendly reception staff. Just a couple of small irritants. For instance, the air-conditioning vent in the master bedroom had a consistent humming sound, so we had to switch it off. One of the dining table legs suddenly fell loose as the glue attaching it to the glass top had dried out. Both maintenance issues. Fortunately, the major renovation next door did not disturb us much.

The most amazing Abnb I've ever been to! This is a complex with serviced apartments. They have a reception, provide room cleaning (two times a week!), a pool and gym on the roof top as well as working space. The apartment is enormous and well designed, with very modern lightning, split AC, washer with a drying function and two TVs. It was so good that I didn't want to leave the apartment for a few weeks of my trip :) But when I did, I could easily get to the Old Quarter and other landmarks: they are 15 minutes drive away. And there are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity, which are best accessible on bikes, not feet, but usually they deliver via garb. The only little thing to be aware about is a school right across the street that gets a bit noisy in the morning and evening.
