Unique stay in La Rioja. The views from the house are lovely. The converted train station was spacious and pretty comfortable, especially as it has three bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and a large living room area. There were three of us who slept comfortably in the main bed + two individual trundle beds. There were two other cots with mattresses that we used and they were okay, as well. The host was friendly and responsive and self check-in was a breeze. We saw a few trains during the week and hardly any on the weekend--they didn't bother us too much, and though we heard a couple at night, it wasn't so bad that we couldn't sleep (although bring earplugs). A car is a must. Vivanco museum and winery is very close by. Definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. A very peaceful setting with views of the river, vineyards, and mountains. Very cool to stay in an old railway station, and a little thrill whenever a train would pass.

Nous avons vraiment adoré la situation géographique assez isolée, au milieu des vignes, entre les monts et la rivière. La vue tout autour de la maison est exceptionnelle. Et cette ancienne gare devenue un logement est tout à fait originale, et elle comblera notamment toutes celles et ceux qui aiment les espaces vastes, la hauteur sous plafond est extraordinaire. Et le passage des trains a toujours été une attraction amusante. Un (petit) regret cependant : nous aurions aimé un peu plus de recommandations sur les visites à effectuer aux alentours et des équipements pour mieux profiter de l’extérieur, comme des transats. Quelques petits problèmes sur place consécutifs aux voyageurs avant nous qui avaient endommagé une fenêtre, mais les équipes d’assistance ont fait leur maximum pour essayer de résoudre (malheureusement sans y parvenir).

Fantastic spot!! Great house. Only thing to note is that it is not owners who manage and the service company is a bit slow to respond and prefer using whatapp for communication rather than the airbnb app. This caused me to miss receipt of checkin information
