温哥华 · 整套loft · 1室1床1.0卫 · 可住2人 · STUNNING HISTORIC GASTOWN LOFT
Stay in a piece of Vancouver history in this iconic 1906 Gastown warehouse conversion which is now home to Vancouver's most stylish loft address, The Koret Building. Perfectly located on Cordova Street and nestled amongst the city's best restaurants, cocktail bars, boutiques and Gastown's most famous and vibrant culture. This loft is truly a sanctuary in the heart of Vancouver, which you'll notice the moment you arrive. You'll love coming home and unwinding in your plush oversized velvet sofa or ending the day in the luxurious king size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked featuring gas range, stunning marble island, a Parisian-style bistro set, organic teas and coffee, and a marble mirrored bar which is situated to reflect the mountain views. The 900 square foot loft offers a private bedroom with a built-in vanity and a large walk-in closet (with dedicated space for shoe lovers!). Warm cherry hardwood floors wrap the space and highlight the colours of the heritage exposed-brick walls, giant 100-year-old fir beams, and over height ceilings. The entire space is lit with distinct sets of dimmer-controlled recessed lights, allowing you to create the perfect mood in each room, and massive wood-framed windows open to city & mountain views. The loft has an abundance of closet and storage space - including hidden hallway storage long enough for sporting equipment such as snowboards & skis. You'll also enjoy all the modern comforts such as huge walk in spa-shower enclosed in copper tile, a spacious bathroom with european-style toilet, living room complete smart TV, cable, lightning-fast WiFi, Bose speaker, and in-suite washer/dryer for your convenience. The built-in stainless steel modern desk is set up a step away from the matching Delonghi espresso/latte station to support your remote work needs. Outside this property has access to the residents-only courtyard, which is great for BBQing and mingling with other Vancouverites from the building.
Anne accommodated me on very short notice. Incredibly happy with the place considering it’s my first time in Vancouver. It’s secure, tidy, perfect for one or two guests, clean, very aesthetic and overall a brilliant place to stay for work and pleasure!
Anne was super helpful and communicative whenever I had any questions. Place has a unique gastown charm to it. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!
Anne was a great host & the space was beautiful. I’ll look to stay at one of Anne’s locations anytime I come back to Vancouver
Genau die richtige Unterkunft für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Vancouver. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
I’ve stayed in many Air B&B’s all over the world and this one felt like home with the partitioned bedroom. If you stay here, make sure to visit Monarca in Gastwon for the best Aguachille I’ve ever had. The team there are amazing and have since become friends too so I highly recommend it. You’ll love this place, trust me!
Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhood, Gastown grew from a single tavern founded by John ‘Gassy Jack’ Deighton back in 1867. Today, the district retains its historic charm and independent spirit. Victorian architecture houses a thriving fashion scene, impeccably curated décor boutiques, one-of-a-kind galleries and some of the best culinary fare in Vancouver. It’s a gathering place for stylish locals and an ideal neighbourhood to explore on foot. Gastown lies along the north of the downtown Vancouver peninsula, from Richards east to Main Street. Gastown is a neighbourhood that seamlessly combines old with new, history with the way forward. An essential part of Vancouver’s history, a visit to Gastown should include a stroll along Water Street, where you’ll find a picture-perfect collection of old buildings, cobblestones, the Steam Clock, and vintage lampposts. Continue to the end of Water Street to visit a statue of the man who started it all, Gassy Jack Deighton. Architecture and history buffs can take organized walking tours of the area to further explore. Get a bird’s eye view of the area from the Vancouver Lookout, which rises 167-metres (548-feet) to give visitors a 360˚ panorama of the city.
The best thing about Gastown is the location, you can walk everywhere and all transport is at your doorstep. Walk, bike or skip this neighbourhood is best on foot or pedal power!
