The unit was exactly as expected, matched the description. We were travelling with extended family. Myself, my husband, my eldest daughter and elderly parents. My only criticism would be there only being one key fob allowing access to the building and the lift. Thus requiring some planning and whoever remained behind, were kind of captive, and remained as the key master. It was difficult to separate from the group, if downtime was required.

This property and the support staff could not be better. The view is extrodinary of a night time. Could not imagine a better location in Townsville. Everything is clean and presented in a beautiful way. Very good value for money. Mat and Family.

Apartment was excellent. Loved the balcony! The pool area was not what we expected, felt very hard and impersonal. I would have like it if it was "dressed" a little (fake plants or something to make it look more inviting) We planned to use the pool area but immediately changed our minds and stayed in the apartment on the balcony. I know it is not John and Maria's fault but maybe they can go to building management and get the pool area upgraded.
