From the newly installed pool, new game room, deck & playground to the hot tub and fireplace, everyone will find their perfect oasis. Saturday to Saturday rentals! - New salt water pool! - HEATED POOL. Heated pool will only work when overnight outside air temperature is at a minimum 55°. We can not guarantee the pool will heat when air temp is below this level. NOTE: Pool is closed from Nov 1st - March 31st. But hey good news, the Hot Tub is open year round! :-) - FREE use of our Level 2, EV charger. Comes with a 23 ft charging cable. Standard charger, compatible with almost every EV currently on the market. - All new decking under the house with hammocks and swing bench, great for when you want to get out of the sun but still enjoy the pool views. - The sunroom off of the dining room provides for a great relaxation. Grab your yoga mat in the morning and a glass of wine at night and make yourself comfortable in there. - The game room provides entertainment for everyone! - Garage has bikes for little ones and adults. One of the bikes has training wheels. There are 2 Kids’ bike seats which can be attached to the larger bikes. Helmets and bike locks are provided. - Brand new playground is spacious for all the activities. - Deck with chairs and picnic table for a cookout! - End your long day in the hot tub.
