Capri is magical and Mattia only made our experience more magical……he responded promptly to all our queries and made excellent recommendations that improved our overall Capri experience…….thank you does not adequately express our gratitude. Our stay was far beyond our expectations and should be rated higher than 5 stars!

We loved Mattia's Anacapri location. This is exactly what we wanted to experience: life in a small, friendly piazza with great restaurants in a terrific location with welcoming locals. Even before we hit Capri, Mattia was very proactive asking how he could help make our trip wonderful. He was always thinking ahead to what we may need, and worked to accommodate our needs: private transfer after a very long day, perfecto! A welcoming bottle of Champaign _ I hope that was for us because we drank it - and breakfast vouchers to a local bar for a coffee drink and pastry. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable in Anacapri, and loved exploring all the nearby stores - there are SO MANY! We were very close to one of several ways to hike Monte Solaro - which we did in the rain. Mattia was a very thoughtful and communicative host. We will definitely return to Anacapri and will again choose Mattia's property. We don't need to look around. He offers the perfect place! Thanks Mattia!

100 % perfect stay! Stunning view from terrace, very clean and cool apartment, everything you need is around the corner, easy access to all hotspots and locations on Capri. Mattia´s support was really great. Overall a dream and we will come back!

The apartment is fantastic - so clean and comfortable! The view from the deck is amazing - we had coffee in the morning and Spritz in the evenings most days up there soaking in as much if the view as possible. It is so easy to get just about anywhere on the Island from apartment - whether by walking or bus. Mattia is a wonderful host, with fast communication and helpful suggestions. I do want to mention that the apartment is on the main road, so there is some traffic noise during the rush hours from the scooters and mini-trucks used by most people. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Manì and Anacapri is beautiful, with a nice relaxing island vibe. The location is incredible for seeing Anacapri and all the sights. You are close to the bus for visiting Capri and if you like to walk, you can even walk to the lighthouse at Punta Carena, but I suggest getting the bus back! The apartment was great: clean, cool, spacious and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the eco conscious nature of our hosts and the info/instructions for the apartment were clear and thorough. Mattia was easy to contact and always friendly and helpful. A lovely touch was the breakfast voucher; it meant we didn’t have to worry about what or where to eat and the staff at Bar Faro were kind and friendly. If you’re considering a stay in Anacapri, Casa Manì won’t disappoint!
