Great host would definitely rent again
First of all Frank is awesome!! He was very responsive to the few questions we had (mainly about the hot tub). the house is beyond beautiful. we had a group of 15 (including kids ages 2-15) and there was plenty of room. the kids had a blast and could get around easily for the most part. We could not hear or see the neighbors. there are multiple areas to eat and lounge about. we played music and games outside without any issue or complaint from the neighbors. there are two refrigerators which was super great! each floor was controlled by its own thermostat (yay!) and the kids had a blast hanging out downstairs in the game room. I would most certainly recommend this house and we're already in the process of talking about renting it out again !!!! thank you Frank for the hospitality and sharing this wonderful home!!!!!
Very unsatisfied with the events of my stay. The police presented us with a search warrant and at gun point removed us from the home. Never giving reason. The home owner never answer our calls. The police arrested and physical abused my team and guest. I believe this was a discriminatory action to create fear and force us to leave the residence. We were unable to communicate with the home owners so had we canceled we would have lost money. Never again. BEAUTIFUL BROWNS AVOID THIS PROPERTY.
Our stay was exactly what we needed in a vacation getaway!! Tony, our host was super responsive and quick. We highly encourage renting a boat or jet ski. Both were super easy to do and not far from the house. Checkout the drive-thru zoo as well and get ready for loads of laughter! The layout of the house was well thought out and provided a ton of entertainment for both the kids and the adults. Thank you for a great way of ending our summer!! Excellent experience!
