Firstly, Dan was an amazing host. Very communicative and helpful. The property is gorgeous and there is plenty of space. We had 6 adults and two 12 year olds. Property is right on the golf course, and the beach entry is a 3 minute drive. Grocery, liquor store are just a short walk from the unit. We went off season, so lots of places were closed until summer, but for those staying in season, a handful of restaurants would definitely be worth the visit. 10/10 recommend this property.

Located among Cabot Resort with excellent view of the Links golf course. Very spacious and brand new construction. Large separate living rooms both upstairs & downstairs, nice kitchen and very nice bathrooms. The entire place is thoughtfully appointed & furnished to an executive level accommodation. All the essential supplies were provided on arrival and far exceeded all our expectations. The host is very responsive and courteous. If you are planning a golf tour of Cabot with large group there is no better place to than 12 Mine Road. We would fully recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for a work trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was well stocked with coffee, tea, towels, etc. - anything we could’ve thought of. It was comfortable and perfect for the evening.
