The apartment exceeded my expectations. The place was very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The area was minutes away from the subway station and was conveniently located to markets and local restaurants. The host was communicative and helpful answering any questions. I highly recommend The Hilltop and would love to stay again when I return to Tokyo. Thank you very much Masa and Sae san!

Just got back from this beautiful homestay yesterday with my family (5 members). We were very happy staying there in this nicely decorated & himely house. At 1st we informed the host to checkin around 3pm but ended up request for early checkin around 2.30. The host were very friendly & contactable at all time. The house was very tidy & clean, it even looked exactly the same in the pictures. My kids & i love staying there. All the equipment are fully functioned. The location was near to the train & bus; easier for us. Even all the convenient store, drug store within the walk. Highly recommended! If we travel to tokyo again, Definately will come again! Thank you Mr Masa 😉

We stayed here for about three weeks during our visit to Japan with a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old. -Excellent location; a few-minute walk to the train station, steps away from a bus stop -The apartment is above a soba restaurant so we did not have to worry too much about kids running around and making noise. However, it was a bit tricky to bring the stroller up and down the narrow and somewhat steep stairs at the entrance. -Good take-out food and multiple grocery stores nearby -Good layout; the bedroom and the kitchen/dining/living room are on the opposite ends of the apartment so we were able to have some quiet time after the kids went to bed. -Clean kitchen, had everything we needed to prepare our meals (no condiments) -The large washer and dryer were very useful (and made us realize we had totally overpacked) -The host was very responsive before and during our stay and instructions were clear. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a very enjoyable stay for my friend and I. We had a lovely time and had no issues. The host was proactive in making sure our arrival and departure was as smooth as possible. The place was clean, all amenities were there as well. It's in such a nice area and within walking distance from everything you could ever want. 10/10 would stay again!
