L'esperienza non è stata positiva tant'è che l'immobile prenotato per tre mesi è stato lasciato dopo due settimane. All'arrivo la casa non era ben pulita, l'odore di marijuana era molto forte e la temperatura interna era di 7 gradi. Oltre a questo il mobilio era datato ma soprattutto incompleto in quanto all'interno dei mobili di cucina e bagno non c'erano i ripiani per appoggiare stoviglie, pentole e oggetti. L'host inizialmente si è recato in appartamento ma senza fornire soluzioni o alternative e poi non ha risposto alle telefonate. Abbiamo quindi trovato (e pagato) un nuovo appartamento per i mesi successivi, ma abbiamo dovuto pagare la penale di cancellazione.

The smell at the first level is not good, and the cannabis smell at the apartment is very discomfort.

Der Kontakt mit Jerry war sehr freundlich. Er hat schnell auf die Nachrichten von uns geantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung war super und die Wohnung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Einige Möbel in der Wohnung müssten mal erneuert werden.

Overall, great place to stay in a relatively convenient spot when everything lines up correctly. And great for also not breaking the bank! My friends and I came here for a convention trip to Manhattan and were not let down. The closest train was closed most of the weekend but had plenty of other close alternatives. There's a lobby before the actual apartment which made it feel secure and quiet. The place was clean and had individual AC units for each room which was nice in November weather. Downsides were that half the beds were kind of hard, on the flipside some of them were very comfy. The shower knobs were a bit confusing and counterintuitive but eventually they were both warm. The bedrooms closest to the street can definitely bring in a lot of noise from outside overnight but it's not a dealbreaker. At the end of the day, would recommend and definitely would hope to stay here again even with the shortcomings.
