Detached house with garden and pool located before reaching the small town of Collfred, near Artesa de Segre. With easily accessible private parking and a capacity of 6-8 people. Large garden area with swimming pool, barbecue, table, chairs and hammocks to rest and enjoy the good weather and nature. From the garden, going up a couple of stairs, we enter the house, on one level. Very bright and with large windows and extraordinary views of Montsec. Integrated into the living room we find the open kitchen. It is equipped and delimited by an American bar to work, cook or eat. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room form a single connection and coexistence environment. Near the kitchen, there is a large capacity table that is supported by the lounge area, with sofas to enjoy the television and the fireplace that presides over the room. In front of the hall there are three rooms. Two doubles with two beds and one double where an additional bed can be added. Also one of the sofas in the living room is transformed into a double bed. Completing the floor we also find a bathroom.

La anfitriona atenta en todo momento con nosotros , hemos pasado una experiencia muy buena, un lugar super tranquilo para disfrutar de un entorno agradable y relajado muy aconsejable . Seguro que volveremos a repetir .
We spent a week here in the summer. The house is very nice and extremely well equipped, surrounded by a beautiful and well-maintained garden, with places to sit on all sides of the house. Everything is clean and cared for. Collfred itself is deserted - for shopping and things to do one has to drive to the nearest town and beyond (a day visit to Barcelona is also well possible and takes about 1.5 h one way). The wider area offers beautiful sights of the mountains and the local history – for example, there are many old ruins to be seen on hilltops. When not familiar with the area, it is good to know that Collfred itself and its surroundings are nowadays used for industrial pig farming, which at times can cause a penetrant smell and make it unpleasant to eat outside. Last but not least, the hosts are extremely nice and helpful – they were always available and had many suggestions for outings, e.g. to a town/camping nearby where we spent an afternoon canoeing.

• Visits to the Castle of Montsonís, located a few km from the house and enjoying the walk through the streets of this "Charming Town" revealed one of the 10 most beautiful in Catalonia and the surrounding area: hiking along the Land Art Route, " Art in nature" with spectacular works such as "Lo Padrí de Montsonís",... visit the Salgar caves on the banks of the Segre River.
• Wine tasting at “La Botiga de Montsonís” or at nearby wineries.
• Possibility of contracting role-playing games: "Escape-boom" in the same house where they are staying, Escape-room in Montclar Castle: Escapecastleadventure "El Cáliz de Belial", the clue game: "Mystery of Artur Miravet" with Lunch included or at night, attend the comic-theatrical visits at the Castle of Montsonís.
• The house is located in the Artesa Valley, a few kilometers from the Meià Valley. It is essential to visit Vilanova, Santa Maria and its collegiate church, and the Baronía de la Vansa cave in Tòrrec with its troglodyte dwellings.
• Route of the Castles of Lleida: take the route visiting, among others, the castles of Montsonís, Florejacs, les Sitges...
• Scenic routes through the area: Vilanova de Meià, Alòs de Balaguer, Valle de Barcedana...
• Area of special interest for climbing and via ferrata: in Roca Regina, Vilanova de Meià, Roca de los Arcos area, Roca Alta area, Pleadet area, Camarasa...
• Get to know the fairs and markets in the area (Partridge Fair in Vilanova, Nougat Fair in Agramunt, Sunday Market or Melon Fair in Artesa).
• Visit to the town of Clua and tasting of Cabra cheeses from the Cheese Factory of this town
