I had roughly a 3 month stay here for work during which I experienced the cold snowy winter nights as well as the hot summer days and stayed comfortable the entire way through. The maintenance crew did a great job taking care of things around the property. Nicole is a wonderful host - she is very quick with responses and is very helpful in answering any questions. Overall I had a great experience here.

This was the perfect place to stay while in the area for a seasonal job! The space had everything I could need and the onsite laundry room was convenient to use. Everything was very clean when I arrived and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Very close to Hamilton, which is a great town to visit. The host is also very responsive and helpful!

Such a wonderful host! Quick to respond to any issues big or small and accommodating as well! The place was spacious and comfortable and perfect for a travel nurse like myself. It was quiet and easy to find and had everything you needed to feel right at home. Can’t say enough great things about Nicole!

Stayed for about 3 months. The place was very clean when I arrived, had all the necessities plus more, everything from pots/pans to a TV. The kitchen is fairly small, and if you plan on staying for a while and are meal prepping (internship or whatnot) bringing your own larger pot/pan wouldn't be a bad idea. Overall the price to location is amazing, clean and modern interior. The host herself was also amazing, she will respond to whatever feedback you have and will communicate to you if anything were to come up in the area (There was a power outage in the area and she responded very quickly regarding the estimated time they had told her the power would come back on).
