Tabby was quick to respond to any problems. Kerida and her cleaning crew also responded quickly to a water leak problem. The issue was resolved and they came over right away to clean up the area affected and left a fresh clean scent. Always appreciate a good cleaning crew!

I was stranded in the Philly airport after 11:30 p.m. with flight delays/ trying to book a new flight & find a place to stay when all hotels were booked. The picture ID requirement was the last item mentioned in the description and I missed it in my rush to book. So I ended up out front of the place for 20 minutes waiting for a code to get in at 1:00 a.m. I’ve never run into this requirement before. It should be the first item mentioned instead of the last for requiring something unusual like this. The directions to my room were unclearj & I ended up in another apartment. Appreciate that the codes were correct. If I’m going to pay over $100 to stay someplace I would expect the bed to be fully made with sheets tucked in under the mattress. Isn’t that part of the numerous cleaning and other fees tacked onto the posted $50 rate? Hoping the sheets had actually been changed. The place definitely needs blackout curtains. Better up front communication needed for an improved experience.
