My stay at Michelle's bungalow was great. The place was insanely peaceful, the pool was amazing, it was super close from the beach and i spent a lot of time reading and napping in the hamac. Michelle was easily reachable and answered all my questions. I also felt super safe.

Michelle’s place was our favourite! The casita was perfect walking distance to the beach and town, and the property is tucked away in a more private setting. There were also bikes for us to use which made exploring easier. The grounds are covered in lots of beautiful vegetation, and we spotted some wildlife during our stay. The shared pool was great to use after a day of exploring and to cool off. Inside, was open concept and we were able to easily cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. There were some sweet touches including some homemade peanut butter, coffee and some cooking oil/spices. Bed was super comfy and the whole space was very clean and tidy. Loved spending time in the outdoor space. Despite it being a shared yard, it felt private and serene. There’s a hammock and outdoor table to eat at. Some very sweet pups who live on the property and came to greet us in the mornings. Michelle was super responsive and friendly. Can’t say enough good things! Wish we’d stayed longer :)

This is my seventh year staying in Sámara and my second visit to Michelle’s place. It is, by far, my favorite property in Sámara. The property is located in a very desirable neighborhood that is walkable and bikeable to town and to the beach but adequately sequestered. The casita itself is very clean and sits in a beautiful yard with gorgeous gardening and a pool. Michelle is meticulous with upkeep. The casita has all the North American conveniences (AC, wifi, laundry, pool, hot water) but is very much in the “wild,” as the monkeys will often remind you. The casita is set up to maximize privacy but is never lonely. Michelle was always available to assist me and her dogs are the perfect welcoming committee. The casita layout is very comfortable and accessible, with the most important amenities within close distance to each other such as the fridge, hammock and pool.

Michelle’s home was the highlight of my trip! As a solo woman traveler, I felt extremely safe and at home from the moment I got there. The casita had all the amenities I needed plus more! I cooked daily, relaxed and fully enjoyed the space. Location is awesome and close enough to town or ride one of her available bikes. Property is gated and safe. Dogs are super friendly and cute! Lovey home and Michelle is a gem!! So grateful for the time I spent at her home! Highly recommend and will stay again when I am back in Sámara!

Notre séjour fut super agréable. Premiere fois au Costa Rica et pour une première fois c'était génial.Michelle est une hôte merveilleuse,elle repondra a tous vos questions. Ses chiens sont tous attachants, ils viennent chercher des calins hihi. Au dessus de notre tête le premier matin, des singes hurleurs!!! Au coin de la rue une pizzeria italienne, c'est tres tres bon!! Que dire de la plage a 5 minutes a pieds...wooow. Merci a la gentillle Michellle pour son agréable logis. Tout était parfait pour nous amoureux de la plage. Il y avait meme un Ara a la plage et aussi du super snorkling a faire a marée basse a la.droite de la plage !!! Merci encore !!! Pura Vida !!!!
