2 Rocks is a fabulous house to stay at and Philippa is a lovely and super friendly host. The house is very well furnished, stylish, pristine throughout and very comfortable. The sun trap garden really was a bonus too: perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks! We have stayed in St Agnes before, but 2 Rocks is now our favourite and would hope to return. Thank you for letting us spend the week at Two Rocks, we have had a brilliant time! We have been staying in holiday lets around Cornwall for the last 10 years and this is by far the best one yet. Philippa’s home is beautiful - spacious, great decor & amenities and in a great location in the centre of St Agnes. We quickly fell into village life, visiting the bakery and butchers each day, as well as enjoying the fantastic standard of restaurants and cafes, and the beach which is a short walk away. Can’t recommend this home highly enough :)

A beautiful cottage in the heart of St Agnes, stunning beaches, walks and amazing facilities. The cottage is well thought out with 2 big double bedrooms. A real gem that we will hopefully return to.

We had such a lovely time in St Agnes at Phillip’s air b and b. She was a lovely host and very kind - we met her on our first day. The accommodation was lovely, beds were super comfy and great to have two en-suites. It’s right in st Agnes village. Lovely meal at the Aggie hotel and the new Indian that has opened up just by the accommodation.
