Loved it! We were looking for a place near Birmingham, AL. We had doctors' appointments at UAB. We wanted to be close but not in the downtown area. The directions for check-in were super easy. We brought our two small dogs with us which we paid an extra fee for them. The house was sooo wonderfully air conditioned when we walked in from the heat! The home was immaculate and exactly like the pictures online. The fenced in backyard was awesome for the dogs as well as a nearby park alongside Buck Creek. The home was decorated beautifully and had tons of space! We enjoyed the coffee maker every morning and used the stove often. The refrigerator and other appliances were spotless! Grocery stores in walking distance! Our son loves trains, so Helena has two different Railroad tracks running through downtown. Historic Downtown is beautiful and had a caboose/platform for viewing trains! The historical local shops had everything from bougie boutique items to beautiful stained glass pieces.
