Stayed here as a family of 7, the property is easy to find and ideally located in that it backs onto a children's playground which was ideal for our toddlers. As for the property itself, all rooms were well decorated and comfortable but one thing to note is that apart from the small kitchen and garden there are no communal spaces, as all rooms have been converted to bedrooms. The property mostly met our expectation apart from issues with the fridge freezer not cooling or freezing properly, and having stocked up for the weekend we had to throw away a lot of food, hopefully this will be resolved before the next occupants visit. Overall ideal for what we needed.

Sam was a very responsive host and helpful whenever we encountered a problem. The rooms were lovely and spacious, however we noticed one of the rooms had a couple of items from previous people left behind in it. The house is in a great location and was more than suitable for our requirements for the weekend.

We booked 30 Weavers on behalf of my colleagues who were working locally in the area. The feedback supplied has come back directly from them and is positive and negative. We needed to access the property and the code was changed to what we were sent originally. Sam was quick to respond and get the code quickly. My colleagues found food left in the fridge freezer from whoever stayed beforehand and again, Sam was quick to respond resolve and clean the house from top to bottom. The only disappointment was the bedroom status. The 4th room is part of the living room than an actual room on its own. The photos were a little misleading. However, was suitable for somewhere to crash from working. If you are after the property for 4 bedrooms particularly, then this may not be it. However it is very comfy from what the guys did say.
