We had a wonderful time. The house easily fit 6 people - two grandparents, two parents, and two kids. We visited during a heatwave. While the nearby towns were unbearably hot, our location was much cooler. We spent the days on the patio watching the windsurfers and swimming in our own private pool. We even took windsurfing lessons (within walking distance). The home was spotless and had everything we needed. My brother and his family had the unit next-door and the kids were able to bounce back and forth between apartments and private pools. It's a wonderful spot for an extended family vacation. Andonis and Violetta were wonderful on-site hosts. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to unwind or spend their days windsurfing.

Il nostro soggiorno a Cato Agro è stato molto piacevole. La villa è molto bella e funzionale. Violeta e Antonio sono stati molto gentili e disponibili con noi. La piscina è fantastica! Sempre pulita e con acqua limpida!

We have just returned from a week in villa no. 5, and had a wonderful time (sad to leave...). Pastoral setting with close sea view, very quiet and relaxing. Marvelous villa, well designed and equipped. Very comfortable beds, nice furniture (interior and exterior) and kitchen utensils. Sparkling clean. Owner and staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed at one of the villas for two weeks with our family. This villa is one of the best places to stay on the island, especially if you have kids. The pool is perfect and provides hours of entertainment. The owner and managers of the villas were very welcoming and accommodating to us. Even though we added extra people to our reservation after we booked it, we were accommodated and provided with extra sleeping spots, bedding and towels. The villa is very clean, tidy, with plenty of space for clothing in the bedrooms, spacious bathrooms with great showers, and modern amenities. The property managers were welcoming and friendly and provided timely responses and cleaning. We are especially grateful to Irene, she was great, very warm, and always available to answer any questions, requests or provide any suggestions and accommodations. There is ample easy parking right outside the entrance to each villa and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and eating area that can be used by anyone staying at the villas for any grilling needs. We were very happy to have the view of the Aegean Sea welcoming us each morning as we had our breakfast on the back deck by the pool and a view of a starry night sky to enjoy after sunset. The villas are very conveniently located to the prime windsurfing spots, a short drive away from the kite station and several wonderful beach spots, tavernas, and a small grocery store. We have previously stayed in Amoupi and while it’s a wonderful spot, because this area of the island gets significantly more wind, we found that it was fairly significantly cooler in terms of outside temperatures at the villas, which was a welcoming respite from the summer heat. We would like to note that if you are planning on doing any working remotely while staying at he villas, it may be worth it to consider getting a local SIM card with data as the internet speed was not as fast as we would have liked. It was somewhat difficult to effectively download/upload files, and if you have more than one person working at the same time, it could be a problem. We had no problem, however, streaming video or audio content over provided wifi at the villa. Overall, we had a great stay, and definitely hope to be back again in the future! Highly recommend the villas!
