The listing had an unfortunate flooding accident with a broken sprinkler line that flooded the basement, and we weren't told about this until we arrived, at which time we had to book a last minute hotel to accommodate the shortage of beds. Manpreet and family were very apologetic and incredibly good to get a hold of after we arrived, and the place itself was gorgeous, clean, well kept, and in a very great area with ample parking, but communication about the issue ahead of time would have allowed us a better opportunity to adapt.

Great location, clean basement. It was chilly like the other reviews state but not miserable. Pretty sure they came down into our space while we were gone for the day, that doesn’t give you a great feeling. Overall I would stay here again.

We rented this property this last weekend in Spanish Fork, as we had a wedding in Payson. It was a great, safe location. Very spacious and clean. It is a basement with occupants living upstairs, which you can hear at times.

We knew that there were family upstairs. There was some noise at night but not a lot. Altogether it was a very nice place to stay. Thank you.
