With the 12acres surrounding you everyone can enjoy the country feel minutes from Waxahachie and the Motorplex. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. *Pets allowed upon approval. Nice place to stay.
This house was perfect for our eight adult family members who came to see the eclipse and bluebonnets. It's a quick and easy drive into Ennis for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. Four bedrooms make it easy to have both some privacy and yet gather together in the living space. The kitchen is very well equipped for creating large meals. Julia was a responsive and friendly host. We have stayed in a variety of airbnbs and this one is top notch!
Julia was a fantastic host and the home was exactly as described. My team stayed here for a traveling sports event and this worked perfect for us!
Loud trains next to the house. Several scorpions in the home and other insects. Water was not very hot and the hot water heater tripped repeatedly. Very small parking area, the home is poorly insulated as well. I do not recommend this for a comfortable stay at the price it’s listed.
It was a great time hanging out with my friends. Very peaceful except for the occasional train. Lol great time.

Our property is 3 miles outside of Ennis city limits, but we are 7 miles from downtown Ennis, 10 miles from downtown Waxahachie and 38 miles from downtown Dallas. We are about 10 miles from the Ennis Motorplex. We enjoy a quiet country side living but we have easy access to restaurants and shopping, city life is just a few miles away.
