Thank you for having us. The penthouse was lovely, with some luxury added with the shower and accessories. We loved the dinning table but missed footstalls and found the sofa not particularly comfortable. However The beds were very comfortable and the host is responsive and helpful. We also were impressed with the selection of cooking equipment. Thank you again for having us.

The apartment itself was as beautiful as it is shown in the photos but unfortunately our stay wasn’t as comfortable or enjoyable as it could have been. We were unaware that the apartment overlooked a noisy pub garden that hosts regular gig nights. We arrived on the Wednesday, checked in at 4pm and at 5pm a Ska and reggae night started which could be heard from both sides of apartment. We have a 5 year old who struggled to get to sleep as it was too hot to close her windows but the noise from outside was keeping her awake. When it came to us going to bed we had to close the windows as the noise was just too much but without any air cooling system in place it was too hot to sleep. The apartment location wise is a good 5-10 min walking distance from the beach and even less to the the main Regents Road walk but the actual area it is located in seems a bit ‘sketchy’. We ended up leaving Great Yarmouth a day early as the pub was advertising a rock gig from 7pm-late and we had already had 2 nights of interrupted sleep we couldn’t bare a third. I know the host cannot help the location or the noise but had we been made aware of it we may have reconsidered this apartment. If the hosts were to install some sort of air cooling system that would definitely help on hot nights not having to choose between being too hot or listening to the noise. As nice as the apartment was I don’t think we would stay here again as it wasn’t the relaxing break we were hoping for.

I highly recommend staying with Stef. It really is the best place to stay in Great Yarmouth. The apartment is so well thought out. The location is perfect! Everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

This is a fantastic flat in a fantastic location. Literally walking distance from everything you want to see and do in Gt. Yarmouth. Stef is great about replying fast and the flat is beautiful and clean! Can’t say enough good things about Stef or the BnB!
