The checkin location to get the key is in different buildings. Its weird and hard bcs I bring luggages and senior. The place big and have nice view but have weird smell. Can be better and change the check in place to same building would be better.

You have to walk to the opposite building to check in to get the key, as well as hand over the key at checkout. It's helpful to have an operator in the same building, especially those with lots of suitcases and have to walk. Apart from the pick & drop key location, the process is easy & fast. The staff at the operator are very friendly & helpful. on the other hand, the experience of living in the unit was truly unexpected, it turned out that my family with 2 children were very happy to get a unit that was really spacious and had large windows with extraordinary views. Lots of comfortable beds, clean bathroom complete with hot water, spacious kitchen & lots of equipment. We love the surrounding environment & mountain air We met other residents in the elevator & they gave us tips on the 5th floor, there is a bridge shortcut to the opposite building & beyond it we have reached a busy 24 hour area with lots of minimarts, restaurants and others.

Having 3d2n stay in this room with my friends and it is quite convenient for us to go a restaurant which is walkable. There is also a Mix store which opened until midnight so that we can still buy suppers from there. Overall is good, just the check in and check out counter is not at the same place so we need to walk from Geo38 to windmill lobby as we do not have any vehicles. the refund of the deposit is fast for online banking.

overall, enjoyed the stay. place was fairly clean, location super convenient to walk to the shoplot, place is cold, parking easy to find.
