Nice place to stay equipped with all needed staff.

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.

Euripides war ein Glücksfall für uns. Wir hatten nur wenige Stunden, um eine Wohnung für den nächsten Tag zu finden. Euripides hat sich sofort zurückgemeldet und die Wohnung für uns am nächsten Tag um 12 Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein kommunikativer, herzensguter, immer hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er fragte uns jeden zweiten Tag, ob es uns gut geht und ob wir etwas brauchen, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu werden. Selbst die Stromrechnung hat er uns am Ende erlassen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt ein sehr schönes Bad und einen sehr schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Die Zypressen vor dem Balkon fand ich sehr romantisch. Die Anlage liegt am Rande von Tersefanou, mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung zur Autobahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung, in Kiti. Das Dorf Tersefanou liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Der Blick aus den Schlafzimmerfenstern ist wunderschön, über die Ackerfelder hinweg bis hin zum Meer. Das Dorfzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar und hat eine landestypische, entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Essen beim Restaurant To Patriko ist ein Erlebnis und sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in Euris Wohnung und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful. Tastefully furnished and clean apartment, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Euripides is a considerate and friendly host, the fresh fruit and wine was a welcome gesture on our arrival. Euripides went out of his way to get the tv working in time to watch the Euro football finals. As we hadn’t rented our car initially to go shopping, Euripides provided fresh drinking water. My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony with the pool view and sound of the water trickling, privacy is maintained by the many trees. The pool is perfect, never busy and always clean. Euripides put us in touch with a car hire company and responded to questions instantly. The village is about 15 minutes walking distance, where you can find the local shop. It’s small but has essential items. WiFi worked well, no problems. Larnaca town is about a 18 minute drive away. I was unable to find a regular bus route and it was too hot in July to be standing at bus stops. For pizza, hairdressers, restaurants, nearest place is Kiti about 10 minute drive away. We had a great time, and would happily recommend Euripides as a super host.
