I would never recommend this place for a stay smelled like mold and webs everywhere!

This is a budget stay in a nice part of Lake George. It is within walking distance to both the water and downtown. We stayed for a week so having the kitchen was great, and it was plenty of space for 2 people. Both beds were a bit worn out but clean. The kitchen could use some updating and the table is comically short, but it worked for our needs. Communication with the host was a bit slow (actually had to reach out to airbnb before we got a response), but we would stay again.

Kitchen was filthy. Toaster didn't work, table was fit for toddler size with a broken chair. No coffee maker. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking from the unit above which I brought to the owner's attention. He came in, wiped the floor with some bed sheets he took from another unit and nothing more. Host never replied to any of my emails before our stay. We stayed 4 nights and fresh towels or toilet paper were never offered other than what was in the room when we checked in. We will not be staying here again

This place was a bit dated, but or the price last minute, we couldnt beat it. It is in a great location as well. Close to downtown Lake George.
